Here is new in IOS 10.2
Apple iOS 10.2 available. The second major update for iOS 10 is now available for download. iOS 10.2 adds include hundreds of new emoji too. Now you can finally decorate your conversations with a clown face, bacon or pancakes. Existing emoji now look different. Plus you get new choices for the background of your phone with wallpapers of yellow, blue and pink water bubbles.

This option can be found in Settings> Photos & Camera.
