How to Make Personal Vibration on The iPhone - Most probably know that for each contact in the Address Book can set an individual sound when you were receiving a text message or a call on your iPhone. What few people turn may know is that you can also create your vibration patterns. This means that you can personalize the way the iPhone vibrates when the phone rings and you have put it on silent.
The reason why the function is little known is that it has previously been filed under Accessibility settings. That is the features that are intended for people with, for example, vision or hearing loss. Now it does come to light.
Step 1: Open Settings> Sounds.
Step 2: Press the "Ringer" under Sounds and vibration patterns.
Step 3: At the top, press the Vibration, which brings you to the different vibration modes.
Step 4: Press the "Create new vibration."
Step 5: Record your vibration pattern by tapping the screen.
Step 6: When you are finished, press the "Disconnect" and then "Save."
A vibration pattern can last up to 15 seconds.
To personalize a pattern for a contact
Go to into contacts, and find the person you want to assign a unique vibration pattern - it could be a mother in law. Press Edit and check the Vibration field (just below the ring). Select the vibrate you want to assign and press OK a few times.
