How to turn your Live Photos with Boomerang Effect, as the name suggests, Boomerang allows you to upload short videos that act like a boomerang. Meanwhile, the boomerang effect has become a part of the application Instagram, although it is a 'stand-alone application.

Boomerang save a short video from several images taken in succession. The resulting effect is like a live photo on Apple's smartphone. Furthermore, you can instantly play the videos in the opposite direction.

In this article, we want to show you, how you can turn your Live Photos in Boomerang. First, you need to own an iPhone that can do live pictures, from the iPhone 6 to rise.

You 'also need to have a Live Photo in your photo library, because you can not create live photos within the application Instagram. Then you have to download the application Boomerang from Apple. You also need to have Instagram installed on your iPhone, install it if you have not already done so.



Step 1. Open the Instagram app on your iPhone and tap the camera icon in the upper left.

Step 2.  Scroll up to the camera to disable the preview to see all the pictures of the last 24 hours.

Step 3.  The Live image does not appear as such in this preview. So, you should know, what is the live photos.

Step 4.  Choose a Live Photo.

Step 6.  Tap the preview firmly (3D touch) to turn Live photos in a photo-animated boomerang or a short video.

Step 7.  The word "Boomerang" will be displayed for one second. The application will put ten photos in succession and will create a beautiful mini video.

That's it. Share it on Facebook and Instagram directly from the app or save the video to the camera roll to send it later.

You can send this photo to your story on Instagram. Unfortunately, it is impossible to insert the Live Photo in the main feed at this time.
